Even though the fracas over the Don Imus story is waning down, lost in this story has been the absolution of the three Duke lacrosse players who were accused of raping an African American woman who was an exoctic dancer. No apology from any of the writers have come forth to these young men...until now. BASN's Gregory Moore writes in this week's op/ed how he publically apologizes to these three young men and why it is important to not seek vigilante justice against the accuser.

Black People Are Attacked And Once Again They Fail To Respond To The "Right" Enemy
Posted by Gregory Moore on Apr 10, 2007, 21:57
"Imus in the Morning" is probably one of the most widely viewed shows on MSNBC and for 30 years, the veteran broadcaster has been shooting at anyone and everyone who has stood for something or against something. Yet on April 4, 2007, Imus and his show sidekicks went into a banter about the physical looks between the women of Tennessee's basketball team and that of Rutgers. Black America were incensed and many want action. BASN's Gregory Moore writes how this won't be accomplished because many in the community do not know who to 'attack' and defend their culture in this week's column.
