SEATTLE -- “Over the river the river and through the woods to Grandmother's house we go,” is a song that I sang to the top of my lungs when I was a kid.  

The song signified the coming of the Holiday Season and all the wonderful times our family spent together. Nothing could ever replace the aroma that came from my Grandmother’s kitchen. 

Today, I had an Oatmeal Raisin Cinnamon cookie that reminded me of those days. It was made by the Cougar Mountain Baking Company with all the ingredients that Grandmother used. 

The Cougar Mountain Baking Company has a variety of flavors to choose from:  The Triple Chocolate Walnut, Classic Peanut Butter, Chewy Molasses-Ginger, and Lemon Snickerdoodle.
